Managed Wise NetConnect is a network infrastructure remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution that is bundled with various levels of engineering services that meet your organization’s requirements. NetConnect is a cloud-based solution that enables the Intelinet Network Operations Center (NOC) engineers to manage and remediate the network remotely, reducing the fees that you would generally have with an on-premise solution. Since this is a cloud-based solution, we force multi-factor authentication to secure your network. Information such as device credentials and configuration data are encrypted using AES-128. They’re decrypted and made available to the system only as needed by a vested Intelinet Engineer.
